Reservations: full payment due 30 days before arrival date

Cancellations:

30-days or more: $100 administrative fee
22-29 day notice: 75% refund entire rental fee
15-21 day notice: 50% refund of entire rental fee
8-14 day notice: 25% refund of entire rental fee
0-7 day notice: no refund

Cancellations:

$25 administrative fee
Less than 1-wk. notice: non-refundable deposit

Credit Cards preferred for deposit. Checks/Money Orders must reach us 10 days prior to arrival. If you would like to pay Cash, a credit will be given upon arrival.
